We have 3 beautiful studios, each designed to enhance your exercise experience. The Rising Sun Yoga Studio is home to our yoga, pilates mat, body rolling and nia classes. In the Centered in Pilates Studio you will find the Allegro reformers for the equipment based pilates classes. The gym completes our studio with traditional weight training equipment, cardio machines and the spinning bikes. Chelsea's Place Espresso Cafe and Bistro offersCaffe Appassionato Organic espresso drinks and coffees, fresh fruit smoothies, delicious pastries and desserts, great breakfasts, gourmet sandwiches, salads and soups. We also feature great daily specials and offer catering and boxed lunches. Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm; Saturday, 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.
