3-2-1 Boot Camp is a
unique program
that combines
a variety of activities
for a total body workout.

What can you expect on a typical Boot Camp day?
That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom for you and your muscles! You can expect some light running, weight training, obstacle courses, core training and games. On special days, we may dance or move camp to another location. It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and "core stability." |

How soon will I see results? Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. Remember, everyone is different!
What else do I need to know?
We give you a Pre-Camp Evaluation at Synergy Personal Fitness including an intrroduction to 3-2-1 Boot Camp & answers to your questions.
Evaluation times are available on
May 2nd
and May
3rd (call for appointment, 425.319.2235):
- Friday, May 2 any time between 11am & 7pm
- Saturday, May 3 any time between 9am & 2pm

Also included in the Pre-Camp evaluation:
- Measurements of a few things (waist, hips, weight, body fat percentage), which we hold in strictest confidence to compare for you at the end of camp. A great way for you to see your improvements!
- Complete a brief medical history & signing our release of liability.
- Receive your 3-2-1 Boot Camp T-Shirt

How & when do I pay?
We must receive payment prior to your first day at camp. To pay, you may 1) visit Synergy Personal Fitness at any time between now and start of camp to pay via credit card or personal check payable to “Synergy Personal Fitness”; or 2) pay by credit card over the phone – call Kay Peterson at 425-319-2235.

What do I bring?
You'll need a water bottle, mat (camp mat or yoga mat suitable for outside use), and a set of dumbbells – 3#, 5# OR 8#
You may also want to bring a towel & gloves (bike gloves, garden gloves – something to protect your hands while doing some exercises) and a Heart Rate Monitor if you have one, it is a great training tool .
Be sure to dress in layers – you’ll warm up quickly even with our cool mornings

How “fit” do I need to be to sign up for 3-2-1 Boot Camp?
Success in 3-2-1 Boot Camp relies on your ability to use basic physical mobility including capability to move continuously from standing exercises to sitting exercises with relative ease. For example, can you:
- Walk up one flight of stairs without stopping for breath? Three flights?
- Walk/run a mile in 16 minutes or less?
- Do five push-ups from your knees?
- Do ten jumping jacks?
- Easily bend over to touch the floor – like picking up a piece of paper?
- Do 15 crunches, knees bent, hands behind head, raising just your shoulders off the floor?
If YES to all, Welcome to 3-2-1 Boot Camp! Your current level of fitness is just the beginning!
If you have difficulty with any of the above but still love the idea of joining us, give us a call and let’s discuss your goals. Synergy Personal Fitness has many offerings suitable for all fitness levels (from serious chronic illnesses to ongoing ailments of the low back, knees, and/or shoulders in a beautiful private gym).
What if:
The weather turns bad?
We’ll move our workout to the Synergy Gym
I need to use the facilities or get more water?
Restrooms and filtered water are available at Synergy.
I get sore?
Most people will feel some soreness for the first 2 – 3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you improve!
What kinds of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. People who need a little push to jump-start their fitness and wellness program.
Some exercise experience is needed to ensure your safety and a better flow of class
Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date; however, we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee.
If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is nontransferable. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.
How do I sign up for the next camp?
For those paying by credit card, we will set you up for automatic payment when the next camp begins. You must notify us if you do not plan to attend the next camp.
